We have developed a range of unique Mānuka honey powders for a wide variety of consumer applications. The powders are delicately dried at low temperatures to ensure that the bioactive compounds are preserved. We provide turn-key product solutions to create Mānuka based nutritional supplements, sweeteners, and blended foods that suit the needs of your customers.
We are thrilled to be given a Provisional Patent (738174) for the unique way we are drying Manuka honey onto functional substrates such as inulin, hemp, colostrom and turmeric. It is a reflection of the dedication our R&D team has put into creating some natural superfoods for our international clients to add value to their clients.

Storage and Handling
- Mānuka honey powders are hygroscopic. The powders should be stored at temperatures below 25ºC and relative humidity below 65%. Once opened the product should be stored in airtight packaging.
